Christmas Poem

Christmas is the time to spend with family,

When you can play games,

and decorate your house merrily,

Hanging up stockings and listening to singing,

or even listening to the church bells ringing ,

Wrapping up tinsel and lights around the tree,

Which are the best decorations you can see?

Together as a family we place the star on the top,

And Mum stops splashing water with the mop

Figgy Pudding is made and carefully laid,

On the table, while Dad checks the stable,

St Nick is sure to come ,

As for me, I’m putting the biscuits and milk,

for him and his reindeer,

And now it’s all done,

St Nick oh please oh please do come!
